The Blue Reef Memorial is a special part of the NJ Artificial Reef Program. Located within the Axel Carlson Reef System, situated 2 miles from the beautiful beaches of Mantoloking, New Jersey. The program’s mandate is to create a network of artificial reefs, promoting the growth of sea life and a healthy marine environment. The Blue Water Memorial Reef provides families the opportunity of a lasting legacy for their departed loved ones among the vibrant growth of sea life.
